Fiber Cement Siding Cutter
Fiber cement siding is a major building material for both residential
and commercial exteriors.
Attaining clean cuts with intact, unbroken edges and corners while at
the same time minimizing dust. Dust is an installer’s challenge when
cutting fibrous cement siding. Matsushita America introduced our FIBER-CEMENT
SIDING CUTTER in a very popular 7 ¼” size. Using polycrystalline
diamond layers bonded to a solid carbide body, the teeth are able to be
precision sharpened for optimal performance cutting. These blades outperform
the best of carbide by 10 times. The unique design allows as many as six
sheets of stacked fiber cement siding to be cut simultaneously. That’s
good for production. The design flow kicks particulates out of the cut
quickly rather than pulling them back into the cut where they would otherwise
be ground into finer particulates creating a dust hazard.
