SHIPPING CHARGES AND SCHEDULES

Normal (Ground) shipping charges for orders in the continental USA are based on weight of item(s).

EXPRESS, NEXT DAY, 2ND DAY, 3RD DAY AND WORLDWIDE

All charges are based on weight using the actual UPS rates.  United States orders can be shipped Next-Day, Second-Day, or Third-Day Air.  Worldwide orders are shipped via UPS International Express with deliveries ranging from 2 to 5 days excluding weekends and holidays.

We do not and will not sell, share or give away any information collected as a result of your visit to our web site or purchase from us.  This includes email address, mailing address, or buying history.  We do not store or record any sensitive personal information including your address or credit card number on this web site.  We do reserve the right to contact you regarding an order placed with us.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.  We will also ship with advanced payment by check or money order.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

An Invoice and/or packing list will be shipped with your order.  We try to be extremely accurate.  Please contact us immediately if there is any discrepancy.  Refer to the Invoice Number and the date of the shipment when giving us pertinent information.  If there is any question about the proper selection of an item or the proper use of an item, by all means contact us before you order the product.  Contact us within five days from date of receipt of shipment regards any shipment discrepancy.  We do not pay freight charges.  That is the responsibility of the purchaser.  Purchaser assumes all responsibility for the use of purchased products when ordering the product.   A verified mis-shipped product will be handled by our customer service; call or email.
